This year stall holders are offered the option of:
1. Hiring a stall as in the past. As usual each stall is approximately 8 ft long with a covered top. A table to fit inside the stall is also provided.
2. Hiring a table within an open sided marquee
The cost of both the options is the same and in consideration to the current economic climate remains at £15.00. Stall hire includes free admission for two people. All others will be expected to pay the normal admission fees.
If you would like to contribute a prize to the raffle, this would be gratefully received and acknowledged on the raffle display on the day. If you would like to do this please let us know in your application what you will be providing so we can include it in the prize list.
If you would like to apply, please complete and return the reservation slip together with a cheque for £15, payable to Oughtibridge Village Gala, by 11 May 2012. Stalls are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so please kindly apply early. Admission to the event will only be allowed if fees have been received by the due date.
Please supply an accurate description of all goods or activities that you intend to offer. The Committee may decline an application in order to assure a variety of stalls. If your application is successful confirmation and a receipt will be sent. To assist with improved efficiency and cost saving, where possible, please provide an email address.
